How it works
Four steps, no travelling

| 4 · We deliver | Straight to the receiver’s door, with tracking the whole way |
Door-to-door is priced separately from depot drop-off — you are paying for two journeys as well as the freight. The difference is on the rates page.
What we need
The receiver's details
Full name, a phone number that is actually answered, and a complete delivery address. Door-to-door fails most often because the receiver’s phone is off or the address is incomplete.
If the address is hard to find, a landmark helps more than a postcode.
Where it runs
Lekki and Ikeja
Collection and door-to-door delivery currently run from our Lekki and Ikeja branches. From other branches, bring your cargo to the depot — it is also the cheaper option.
From the Ogun State branch, door-step delivery is available on request.
