What you
cannot send

Please check this list before you pack. Anything on it risks delay, confiscation by customs, and the loss of everything else in the same consignment.

Important

Sent at owner's risk

Any perishable goods or prohibited items accepted are carried at the owner’s risk. Lord Taylor and its agents are not responsible for damage, or for goods seized by UK Customs Border Agency.

Please make sure your shipment does not include any of the listed items, to avoid delays or confiscation.

Accepted with conditions

Food and protein

Fish, dried meat, beans, snail, stock fish, crayfish, honey, periwinkle, ponmo, raw egusi and all proteins are accepted — provided they are well dried, oven dried or air fryer dried.

Fragile items require crating. Liquids such as oils and skincare are crated and priced on inspection.

Still not sure?

Send us a photo on WhatsApp before you pack. We would far rather answer a question than watch a shipment get held at customs.
