Before you travel
What to bring
A valid ID card is required from anyone dropping off a parcel in Lagos. Bring your cargo already packed, and know roughly what it weighs — we will weigh it with you at the counter.
You will need the receiver’s full name, phone number and delivery address before you can complete a booking.
Food and protein
Special handling
Fish, dried meat, stock fish, crayfish, periwinkle, ponmo, beans, honey and egusi are all accepted — but they must be well dried, oven dried or air fryer dried.
Minimum 10 kg on protein. At Ikeja, proteins are accepted at the Allen Avenue office on Thursdays and Fridays only, before 4pm.
