What the statuses mean
Five stages, start to finish
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Booked In | We have your cargo and it is logged in the system |
| Dispatched | It has left the receiving branch |
| In Transit | On its way — by air or by sea |
| Arrived at Depot | Ready for collection. This is when you need to act |
| Collected by Customer | Complete. The cargo is with the receiver |
Air freight normally moves through all five stages in 5–7 working days, and 5–10 from Ibadan. Sea freight takes 5–7 weeks.
Lost your number?
We can find it
Message us on WhatsApp with the sender’s name and roughly when the cargo was booked, and we will look it up for you.
Your tracking number is also in the receipt email sent when you paid.
Nothing moving?
Check the cut-off
Cargo booked after the weekly cut-off waits for the next flight, so the status can sit at Booked In for several days. That is normal.
Dagenham cuts off Thursday 4pm; Lagos branches Saturday 4pm.
Sending something else?
Check the rate, find your nearest branch, and bring your cargo in before the weekly cut-off.
