Three ways to send
Depot, pick-up or door-to-door
The cheapest option is always to bring your cargo to the branch yourself. If that is not practical, we can collect from you, or handle the whole journey to the receiver’s door in the United Kingdom.

Rates vary by branch and by whether the cargo is normal or protein. The full table is on the rates page. Lagos cargo must reach us by Saturday 4pm; Surulere and Ijebu-Ode fly Monday, Lekki flies Wednesday.
On arrival
Collect or be delivered
Unless you have booked door-to-door, cargo is collected from our London office at 817 Dagenham Road. We will email the receiver when it has arrived and is ready.
Rates are the same to any UK address — there is no separate charge by region.
Required
Identification
A valid ID card is required from anyone dropping off a parcel in Lagos. Please bring it with you.
You will also need the receiver’s full name, phone number and UK delivery address to complete the booking.
